Job summary

Times Inn in Abu Dhabi welcomes a friendly, professional Guest Service Agent to be the first contact for guests, delivering warm and efficient service throughout their stay.

You will welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, manage inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill requests, while maintaining accurate billing and offering information on local attractions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfil guest requests
