Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bell person role based in Abu Dhabi. The Bell person is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage during arrival and departure, and escorting guests to and from their rooms while providing basic information about hotel facilities. Daily tasks include coordinating with reception, responding promptly to guest requests, handling package and message delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of lobby and entry areas. The role also involves supporting front-of-house operations, reporting any safety or maintenance issues, and following established procedures and training standards to ensure a smooth and courteous guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse guests.
• Experience or familiarity with Receptionist Duties, including coordinating with front desk and supporting check-in and check-out processes.
• Ability to safely and efficiently handle Luggage, including lifting, transporting, and organizing guest belongings with care.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing Training related to hospitality standards, safety procedures, and guest service best practices.
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or guest services role is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with luggage handling.
• English proficiency; additional language skills are an advantage.
