Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in guest relations or guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, guest-focused personality with strong problem-solving ability.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
