Job summary

Times Inn in Abu Dhabi is seeking a guest-focused Concierge to assist guests with information, arrangements, and recommendations that enhance their stay in Abu Dhabi.

You will provide local knowledge, arrange transportation, dining reservations, and VIP services while maintaining high standards of service.

A 1–2 year background in concierge or guest services, strong English, and a proactive attitude are preferred, with Arabic an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a concierge or guest services role.
• Strong local knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Well-presented, proactive, and guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with information on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Arrange transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests.
• Assist with luggage coordination and special arrangements for VIP guests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of city events, attractions, and services.
• Liaise with external vendors (tour operators, transport providers, etc.).
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support Front Office and Bell Desk operations as needed.
