Job summary

Client of AIQU in the UAE is seeking a dynamic Guest cum Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales by understanding guest needs and recommending products that enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Fluency in Arabic or additional languages.
• Familiarity with POS systems and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive selling.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to inform guests.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure the sales floor and display areas are clean, organized and visually appealing.
