TAG Dynamics is seeking a guest relations professional to welcome and assist customers, visitors, and VIPs. You will coordinate visits, meetings, and refreshments, and support showroom tours and events to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires strong hospitality skills, professional presentation, and English fluency, with Arabic as an advantage. This is an on-site position in Ras al-Khaimah, UAE, with potential involvement in customer-facing events and tours.

Formación

• English is mandatory for daily interactions.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to welcome, assist, and coordinate with senior executives and guests.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and professionally receive customers, visitors, partners, VIP guests and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate visits, meetings, room bookings, refreshments, and guest flows.
• Assist with showroom tours, demonstrations, and presentations as required.
• Support internal teams to ensure a high-standard guest experience.
• Maintain visitor records and confidentiality; handle inquiries discreetly.
