Apparel Group is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Arab Emirates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales across brand offerings. The role focuses on greeting customers, advising on product selection, and promoting loyalty programs while maintaining VM standards and accurate stock records.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills, with prior sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
• Promote the company's loyalty program to encourage repeat sales.
• Deliver top-tier customer service following the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and promotions to communicate effectively with customers.
• Efficiently operate the POS system for billing and transactions.
• Balance the cash till at the start and end of shifts.
• Record and manage receipts, refunds, and payments accurately.
