Job summary

Al Ghurair Investment LLC in Dubai invites applications for a Guest Welcome and Hosting role. You will greet guests in Arabic or English, guide them to the right consultant, and maintain a welcoming showroom environment.

You will log walk-ins, book test drives, assist at handovers, and support events with guest feedback collection. Training is provided, with UAE national preference and basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Emirati passport and Family Book.
• High school certificate minimum; diploma or degree holders are welcome.
• No prior work experience required; full training provided.
• Fluent Arabic and good English conversational skills.
• Basic computer skills: email, Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Arabic or English on arrival and identify their purpose.
• Introduce the brand story, model range and key features for guests.
• Represent the showroom with professional grooming, language and conduct.
• Keep reception, lounge and display areas tidy and guest-ready.
• Log walk-ins in CRM/visitor register and book test drive appointments.
• Assist at vehicle handovers to make the delivery feel special.
• Support events, VIP previews and collect guest feedback.
