Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking an attentive telephone operator for F&B room service coordination. You will ensure calls are answered per standards, connect with the right colleagues, and maintain polished guest interactions. The role supports team efforts in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

You should have strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure. Prior Micros experience is a plus, with training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be responsible & reliable and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a telephone operator / call centre is a strong asset.
• Previous F&B hotel experience is an asset in a 4-5 star property.

Responsibilities

• Answer all F&B room service order calls as per standards.
• Be aware of daily hotel activities and have knowledge of facilities.
• Maintain professional confidentiality and protect company information.
• Use guest names and address guests appropriately during calls.
• Open and close the check and assist in new openings when needed.
