Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a guest services associate dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality. You will assist various departments to maintain seamless operations, greet guests, and provide information about local attractions while upholding the brand’s Gold Standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
