Job summary

Swiss Connect Solutions at Palm Jumeirah Resort in Dubai seeks a friendly Guest Relations Ambassador to welcome guests and assist with requests.

You will coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth stay, respond to feedback, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence. English required; other languages are a plus; relocation to Dubai is expected.

The role offers AED 4,000–5,000 per month plus service charge, shared accommodation, transport, visa and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Professional, well-presented and flexible to work shifts.
• Open to relocating to Dubai.
• Russian or Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not required.

We are looking for a warm and professional Guest Relations Ambassador to join a resort on Palm Jumeirah. The successful candidate will welcome guests, assist with their requests and help create a memorable stay.

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalised service.
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests and information about the resort.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest requests are handled promptly.
• Support the delivery of a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Requirements
