Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive for Certified Pre Owned Units. You will drive monthly unit sales, protect margins, and promote Finance and Insurance products while delivering a smooth, one‑stop customer experience.

You will manage leads, track data in the C4C system, and collaborate with Showroom Managers to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction, aiming to exceed branch targets and maintain high NPS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic preferable.
• Strong negotiation and upselling skills, with ability to influence customer choices.

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly unit sale targets by guiding customers through a structured sales journey.
• Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
• Achieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets.
• Manage and convert leads from Tel/Web/Walk-in to achieve a 25% conversion rate.
• Promote referrals to Showroom Managers to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction metrics.
