Job summary

InterContinental Dubai Marina is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to ensure maximum guest satisfaction for VIP guests from arrival through departure. You will ensure that VIPs and members receive benefits, and repeat guests receive special recognition and service.

The role requires strong English communications, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment, with fluency in an additional language and experience with Opera PMS.

InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international.

Your role will include: As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention for our VIP guests from arrival through departure. You will ensure that VIPs and members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service.

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
• Knowledge in Opera PMS is essential
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
• Fluency in an additional language is required
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
