InterContinental Dubai Marina is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to ensure VIP guests receive personalized recognition and seamless service from arrival to departure. You will uphold benefits for members, greet repeat guests, and deliver exceptional hospitality in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires experience in a luxury hotel, strong English communication, and fluency in an additional language, with knowledge of Opera PMS and excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international.

Your role will include:

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention for our VIP guests from arrival through departure. You will ensure that VIPs and members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service.
