InterContinental Dubai Marina invites applications for a Guest Relations Agent. You will be responsible for ensuring VIP guest satisfaction from arrival through departure, recognizing guests personally and ensuring all benefits are applied.

Qualifications

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort.
• Knowledge in Opera PMS is essential.

• Ability to multitask.

InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international.

Your role will include:

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt attention for our VIP guests from arrival through departure. You will ensure that VIPs and members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service.
