Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor – Guest Operations for Roxy Cinemas to deliver exceptional guest experiences and to oversee day‑to‑day cinema operations, ensuring smooth shift handovers and compliance with safety standards.

You will lead frontline teams, motivate and develop staff, manage cash handling and reporting, and support the Cinema Manager in achieving service targets, program delivery, and overall operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; hospitality/business diploma preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in cinema, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or guest services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with cash handling, shift-based operations, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cinema operations to deliver outstanding guest service and operational excellence.
• Lead, motivate, and develop Guest Operations Associates to achieve performance targets.
• Support the Cinema Manager in ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor safety, security, and facility standards to provide a safe guest environment.
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, stock control, and audits to maintain integrity.
• Drive guest satisfaction by resolving issues and enhancing the cinema experience.
• Utilize ticketing and reporting systems to monitor performance and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture aligned with company values.
