Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is hiring a Guest Relation Associate for Roxy Cinema. You will deliver courteous guest service, assist in cinema operations, and help create an outstanding movie experience for patrons in a fast-paced leisure environment.

Qualifications

High School Certificate required.
1–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in F&B.
Product knowledge of food and beverage is desirable.

Responsibilities

Display a friendly, helpful, and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with guests and team members.
Represent and promote Roxy Cinemas and Meraas Leisure & Entertainment to maintain a professional brand image.
Enforce cinema rules and provide crowd control to ensure guest safety and an enjoyable experience.
Attend to guest requests and enquiries.
Perform duties across front-of-house positions.
Operate the automated ticketing system.
Assist in delivery and dispatch of materials in the Duty Manager's absence.
Support cinema advertising and promotional events as required.
Handle day-to-day cash and end-of-shift financial matters.
Adhere to all policies and procedures.
