Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment in Dubai is seeking a waiter to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at VOX Cinemas, upholding high hospitality standards and ensuring a memorable cinema experience.

You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, upsell items, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to health and safety regulations. Cinema/restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality; cinema or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Adherence to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and assist with menu selections.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas and tables.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order preparation.
