Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking an Associate – Guest Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Roxy Cinemas and ensure smooth front‑of‑house operations. You will be the face of the brand, providing professional service while maintaining safety and presentation standards across cinema activities.

Responsibilities include ticketing, guest information, crowd management, and supporting promos and events.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or food & beverage.
• Excellent customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic cash handling and transaction management experience.
• Ability to follow operational, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable cinema experiences for guests.
• Provide information, assistance, and support to guests while responding to enquiries professionally.
• Operate ticketing and point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately.
• Support crowd management and enforce cinema policies for a safe environment.
• Handle cash transactions, ticket control, and end-of-shift procedures.
• Perform duties across front-of-house areas including ticketing, ushering, and guest services.
• Assist with promotional activities, marketing events, and cinema campaigns as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and procedures.
• Support receipt, handling, and distribution of cinema materials and supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards; contribute to positive work culture.
• Contribute to team success by supporting colleagues during busy periods.
