Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking an Associate – Guest Operations to deliver exceptional guest service and support the day-to-day operations of Roxy Cinemas for a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.

You will provide friendly and professional service, assist with ticketing, ushering, and crowd control, and help uphold safety standards while supporting promotions and cinema activities.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service (hospitality, F&B, or entertainment preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Support front-of-house operations including ticketing, ushering, and guest assistance.
• Maintain crowd control and ensure a safe environment.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Operate ticketing systems and manage cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support promotions, events, and cinema activities.
• Follow company policies and health & safety procedures.
• Assist with stock handling and general operational duties.
• Contribute to achieving service standards and targets.
