Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking an Associate - Guest Operations to deliver exceptional guest service and support the day-to-day operations of Roxy Cinemas, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

You will handle ticketing, ushering, cash transactions, crowd control, cleanliness, promotions, events, and cinema activities, while following health and safety procedures and maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service (hospitality, F&B, or entertainment preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Support front-of-house operations including ticketing, ushering, and guest assistance.
• Maintain crowd control and ensure a safe environment.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
