Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking a customer-focused waiter/waitress to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and deliver meals with impeccable service in a busy F&B environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of F&B experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to upsell. You will work in a full-time capacity on site, contributing to guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience.
• Good communication.
• Teamwork.
• Broad food and beverage knowledge.
• Desire to listen, learn and follow up on instructions.
• 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in 4* Hotel.
• Minimum 2 years food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive service in accordance with SOPs.
• Answer questions regarding menu and offer suggestions.
• Upsell drinks, sides and recommended pairings.
• Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses in sequence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic restaurant environment.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and follow HACCP guidelines.
• Handle cash and operate POS system according to procedures.
