Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent as a minimum educational requirement.
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in food and beverage service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service and guest relations.
• Cash handling and POS experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests warmly and sets up tables per standard procedures.
• Actively listens to guest requests and provides attentive, culturally sensitive service throughout dining experiences.
• Upsells beverage selections pre- and post-meal, along with complementary sides or special offerings.
• Relays food orders swiftly and accurately to the kitchen while adhering to sequence protocols for prompt guest satisfaction.
• Handles guest inquiries about the menu with expertise and offers tailored recommendations.
• Resolves guest complaints courteously, applying guest recovery solutions in line with company policies.
• Manages and operates cash registers (POS systems) professionally, ensuring accurate transactions.
