Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a service-focused restaurant team member in Abu Dhabi. You will take food and beverage orders, upsell daily specials, and serve guests to ensure complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, operating the POS system, maintaining a clean dining area, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Relocation to Abu Dhabi is required; previous F&B experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
• Capable of performing repetitious duties with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-pressured environment.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Based or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Making the guest feel at home and taken care of throughout their experience.
• Setting up / opening and closing the restaurant.
• Explaining the daily specials / chef recommendations.
• Taking order and punching them into the POS system.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Regularly update customers on the status of their orders.
• Handle complaints from clients.
• Serving food and drinks.
• Liaising with bartenders and runners to ensure smooth operations.
• Taking out the empty plates, glasses and condiments after the guests have finished.
• Cleaning the restaurant.
• Cleaning applicable operational equipment.
• Re-stocking service areas & condiments.
• Performing other reasonable job duties as assigned by direct supervisors from time to time.
