Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further hospitality qualifications preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to assist with additional outlet duties.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with personalized service and seating protocols.
• Assist in menu selection and upsell wine, drinks and sides.
• Process orders accurately and communicate with kitchen.
• Manage opening and closing routines and maintain standards.
• Ensure strict food safety and hygiene per HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain cash handling and POS procedures.
• Support team with additional duties and training.
