Responsibilities

• Handle guest communication via WhatsApp, email, phone, and booking platforms before, during, and after stays.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, reservations, complaints, and special requests.
• Ensure a high standard of guest experience and satisfaction.
• Manage check-in and check-out communication and provide clear instructions.
• Coordinate bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• Update availability, pricing, and guest details accurately.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure property readiness.
