Responsibilities

• Provide upscale guest service experiences throughout stay.
• Be a continual source of information, help and assistance to all guests.
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure rooms prepared before check-in.
• Oversee check-in/check-out, reservations and financial transactions.
• Listen to and resolve complaints; coordinate communication between guests and staff.
• Manage guest relations team and analyze feedback to improve ratings.
• Recommend local spots and establish friendly relationships with clients.
