Qualifications

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Greet guests by name when known and escort them to their room.
• Assist guests with in-room and hotel activity inquiries/requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, local services, including hours, promotions, events and attractions.
• Understand and adhere to front desk policies, procedures and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, aiming for high customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Ensure guests are greeted by name if known and escorted to their room to make them feel welcomed.
• Assist guests with in-room and hotel activity inquiries and requests.
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel facilities, hours, promotions, events, and local attractions to respond to guest queries.
• Administer front desk cashiering and ensure accurate postings of incidental charges using front office systems.
• Handle check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and maintain guest privacy.
• Demonstrate understanding of hotel policies and service standards and knowledge of hotel facilities.
