Qualifications

• Hotel F&B experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel's standards.
• Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way.
• Acquire knowledge of the menu to assist and advise guests.
• Consistently monitor quality of food & beverages being served.
• Attend to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of service equipment.
• Prepare, organize and manage mise-en-place before, during and after service.
• Minimize wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
