Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Guest Relations Officer to provide excellent guest service across hotel operations, including reception, executive floors, and concierge. You will be expected to have full working knowledge of the hotel systems and perform duties per established policies.

The role requires coordinating with Front Desk, Sales, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and satisfaction, with a focus on VIP arrivals and guest request fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service across hotel areas including reception, executive floor, communications center or concierge.
• Ensure knowledge of systems and execute duties per policy statements and hotel procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Sales, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Telephone and Security to ensure smooth guest experiences and achievement of KPIs.
