Job summary

Miral Experiences is looking for a Guest Services Associate to ensure seamless entry and a memorable guest experience at its Abu Dhabi attractions. You will greet guests, provide information on shows and facilities, and proactively promote tickets, merchandise, and services using a POS system with accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of operational experience in guest or customer service.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric approach.
• Flexible to adapt to changing guest needs and business requirements.
• Experience with cash handling and POS operations; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guest engagement: greet, welcome, and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Ticketing and cash services: sell tickets and products via POS, handle cash and multiple payment methods, reconcile cash at shifts.
• Lost & Found & Safety: manage lost and found, assist during emergencies, participate in evacuation drills.
• Operational support: oversee queue management and turnstiles, collect guest feedback, ensure smooth operations across guest services areas.
