ISOLA Abu Dhabi, part of Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG), invites applications for a skilled Reservation Agent to join its opening team. The role involves managing reservation enquiries and providing a professional first contact for ISOLA guests.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of reservations or guest-relations experience, familiarity with SevenRooms or similar systems, and strong English communication. Fluency in another language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of reservations or guest-relations experience.
• Experience with SevenRooms or a similar reservation platform.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries by telephone, email and online channels.
• Enter and update bookings accurately in SevenRooms or a similar system.
• Explain availability, dining policies and special arrangements clearly.
• Maintain guest profiles, preferences and booking notes.
• Identify VIPs and special occasions and communicate details to the restaurant team.
• Support waitlist management, confirmations and booking follow-ups.
• Coordinate group bookings and escalate complex requests appropriately.
