Sunset Hospitality Group’s ISOLA in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to lead the floor team during daily service and coordinate operations in our opening team. You will ensure guest-service standards and smooth service flow across front-of-house with the kitchen, bar and reception.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in upscale or premium high-volume restaurants, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of restaurant-service experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in upscale, Italian or premium high-volume restaurant.
• Strong floor leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and restaurant-service procedures.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Supervise the restaurant floor and allocate sections before service.
• Brief, guide and support Waiters and Runners throughout the shift.
• Monitor service timing, table presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and reception teams to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and escalate serious concerns when required.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash controls and daily operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, grooming and brand-service standards.
