Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Waiter to join the opening team at ISOLA in Abu Dhabi. You will provide warm, attentive and knowledgeable table service while representing ISOLA’s Italian hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of restaurant experience, preferably in upscale or high-volume venues. You should be fluent in English, with a positive guest-focused approach and the ability to work flexible shifts. POS proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a waiter in a restaurant environment.
• Experience in upscale or high-volume venues is preferred.
• Good food & beverage knowledge with a guest-focused approach.
• Confident using a POS system and handling orders accurately.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly table service.
• Explain menu items and make suitable food and beverage recommendations.
• Take and enter orders accurately through the POS system.
• Communicate allergies, dietary requirements and special requests clearly.
• Serve food and beverages according to approved service standards.
• Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs and support upselling.
• Maintain clean, properly set tables and service stations.
