Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm invites an attentive Hostess & Administrative Assistant to join our guest-service team. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, seat guests, and support daily restaurant administration while upholding Hyatt International brand standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, and providing operational support to ensure efficient service and an exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations or as a Hostess in a luxury hotel or specialty restaurant.
• Good knowledge of restaurant reservation systems and guest relations.
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
