Job summary

Savis Vacation Homes in Dubai seeks a dependable team member who can drive a motorcycle and a car to oversee guest issues, attend properties, assist with check-ins, and handle minor maintenance.

You will respond to guest requests in coordination with the operations team, inspect units for cleanliness, and report any damage, while maintaining clear communications across locations.

Fluent English is required; UAE driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license for motorcycle and light vehicle (car).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve guest issues and requests, in coordination with the operations team.
• Attend properties in person to address concerns quickly.
• Assist with guest check-ins at selected properties.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs (e.g., light bulbs, door/lock adjustments, basic fixes).
• Inspect units for cleanliness and readiness, and report any damage or issues.
• Keep clear, timely communication with the team on every visit and task.
