You will develop departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to optimize operations, safety, guest experience, and profitability.

• Develop and manage department budget and capex annually.

• Recruit, train, and develop staff; ensure multi-skilling across shifts.
• Coordinate promotions with other departments to drive attendance and revenue.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and strategic recommendations.
