Job summary

Miral Experiences, a leader in immersive attractions in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Guest Services Senior Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest care and revenue growth across ticketing, entrances, parking, and info services.

You will work with the Operations team to maintain high standards, train staff, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve guest experience while supporting company KPIs.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree
• ISO Auditor Certification beneficial
• 3 years leadership experience in operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent guest services skills
• Excellent decision making skills
• Confidentiality and adherence to company protocols
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop the department budget and capex annually.
• Analyze, control and report operating and labor expenses.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies to minimize damage and costs.
• Approve purchases per procurement policy.
• Coordinate promotions to increase attendance and revenue.
• Lead and evaluate Guest Services team.
• Train and develop staff for future leaders.
• Ensure cross‑skill training across locations.
• Communicate effectively through meetings and briefings.
• Motivate staff with incentives and recognition programs.
• Ensure policies and processes meet standards and are up to date.
• Review health and safety documents regularly.
• Generate financial and attendance reports using Excel and BOS systems.
• Collaborate with management to achieve KPI targets.
• Monitor internal and external audits for accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to maximize profit and efficiency.
• Support future guest service operations planning.
• Contribute to strategic plans with guest service insights.
• Lead park duty manager initiatives.
