Job summary

MyPT is recruiting a Membership Consultant cum Front of House for our Villa Square Branch in Dubai, UAE. You will welcome members, sell memberships, lead club tours, and present the benefits of our premium fitness program.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries across phone, email, and WhatsApp. Prior fitness industry experience is a plus, with UAE driving license beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in membership or customer service roles.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors with a professional first impression.
• Promote and sell memberships while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
• Conduct club tours and deliver membership presentations.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email & WhatsApp.
• Build and maintain relationships with members and prospective clients.
• Support front desk operations, member check-ins, and daily admin tasks.
• Handle member enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate membership records using CRM systems.
• Support club events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional overall member experience.
