Job summary

Aloft Hotels Dubai is seeking a Front Desk team member to process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, and issue keys while setting up accurate guest accounts.

Balance and drop receipts, prepare daily reports, assist in cashiering, and ensure payment procedures are followed; provide directions and respond to guest requests.

Support training and coaching of front desk staff, maintain professional appearance, and uphold Marriott's service standards at the Dubai Deira property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related guest services experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred; able to coach and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and verify identity and payment.
• Assign rooms, issue keys, and set up accurate guest accounts.
• Balance cash, drop receipts, and prepare cashiering reports.
• Handle all payment types and maintain security of funds.
• Assist management in training, counseling, and developing staff.
• Provide directions and respond to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
