Job summary

You will balance tills, prepare daily reports, assist with Marriott Rewards, and respond to guest requests while supporting junior staff and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year in hospitality or guest services.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity, form of payment, assign room, and issue room key.
• Set up accurate accounts and enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Balance and drop receipts; secure bank at beginning and end of shift.
• Provide guests with directions and property information; respond to guest requests.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; model professional conduct.
