Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter guest information and Rewards details; ensure rates match market codes.
• Balance and prepare daily reports; handle payments, vouchers and charges.
• Provide directions and property information; respond to guest requests and coordinate with staff.
