Job summary

Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai is seeking a Customer Services professional to manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, verify payments and issue keys at the front desk. You will ensure rates align with market codes, secure payments, and compile daily reports to support front office operations.

The role requires accurate account setup, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest needs. You will balance cash, prepare reports, and assist training while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key.
• Balance and drop receipts; complete cashier and closing reports.
• Supply guests with directions and property information; respond to guest requests and follow up.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees.
