Job summary

FIVE Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated hotel supervisory professional to lead guest service in our luxury dining environment. You will mentor service staff, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain our FIVE-Star standards.

The role emphasizes team leadership, training, upselling, and seamless coordination with culinary operations to deliver outstanding service across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel or fine dining supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication to engage guests and staff.
• Excellent guest-service and complaint-handling skills.
• Knowledge of FIVE-Star service standards, wines, and cocktails.
• Proven ability to manage teams and mentor staff.
• Proficiency with POS and restaurant management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service staff to deliver high-end guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to implement SOPs and improve service efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations.
