Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi invites an attentive Front Desk Agent to manage guest arrivals, verify identity and payment, assign rooms and issue keys, and ensure accurate billing at check-in. You will balance daily cash, prepare reports, support security and loss prevention, and provide guests with directions and local information while upholding the Gold Standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Licenses or certifications: None

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and verify identity and payment.
• Assign rooms and issue room keys; secure payment.
• Prepare daily reports and close-out cash.
• Assist guests with directions and requests; coordinate with staff.
• Follow Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and safety policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Balance and drop receipts; handle bank drops.
• Notify Loss Prevention of theft.
