Job summary

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with expediting problem payments and follow up on guest satisfaction with guest-related issues.
• Process check-ins: confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue and activate room keys, and process all payment types (room charges, cash, checks, debit or credit).
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and resolve guest requests; balance and drop receipts per Accounting specs.
