Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with expediting problem payments and processing guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
• Process all payment types (room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit).
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and resolve guest requests.
• Balance and drop receipts; assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees; maintain confidentiality and provide outstanding guest service.
