Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Host/Hostess for Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. You will warmly welcome guests, seat them, and manage reservations with a courteous approach. You’ll coordinate with the service team to arrange seating and maintain a clean entrance area.

The role requires 1+ years in a hospitality host/hostess position, excellent guest service skills, and a proactive attitude to support guests from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in F&B host/hostess or equivalent role.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to handle reservations and phone inquiries with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Welcome guests to the outlet and guide them to tables.
• Take reservations and manage the reservation book; answer calls impeccably.
• Set up the outlet before service hours with the team.
• Coordinate with service staff for seating arrangements and floor plan needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and entrance area.
• Maintain guest well-being with discreet, friendly contact.
• Know menus and promotions to answer guest queries.
• Assist in setting up the outlets database.
• Ensure guest satisfaction upon departure.
