Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host & Face-to-Face Lead Generator in Ras Al-Khaimah. You will greet and register owners and guests, provide local information, and assist in generating sales appointments for our sales centers at our resorts and via livestream.

The role requires native Russian, Arabic and English, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays. Experience with PMS systems is advantageous.

Competenze

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
• High levels of computer literacy.
• Arabic and English.
• Native level proficiency in Russian.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
