Job summary

You will manage reservations, monitor busy periods, and work with colleagues to deliver friendly, professional service. English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a plus. Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Hostess or in a similar food and beverage role.
• Good verbal communication in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian) are an advantage.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and table assignments
• Maintain knowledge of layouts, hours, menus, promotions, and hotel services
• Answer telephone enquiries professionally
• Monitor guest flow and waiting lists during busy periods
• Coordinate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction
